Tile Roof R&R (Remove & Replace)

Your tiles might be fine, but the underlayment beneath them may not be. We carefully remove and preserve your existing tile, replace the deteriorated underlayment, then reinstall the tile—giving your roof years of renewed protection without replacing what doesn’t need replacement.

Storm Damage & Leaks

From monsoon damage and missing shingles to mysterious ceiling spots, we trace leaks back to the actual source—not just where the water shows up—and repair the problem correctly the first time.

Roof Tune-Ups & Maintenance

The sun destroys sealants long before it breaks tiles. We inspect and reseal the vulnerable points around vents, pipes, and skylights to stop hidden leaks before they rot your wood.

After living in my Chandler home for over 20 years, I was getting ready to move and sell my home but I wanted to make sure my roof was also in great shape for perspective buyers. So often buyers are attracted by renovations inside the home, but the actual home structure is far more important IMO. ENIX Roofing was personally recommended and I was extremely pleased with everything they did. Their bid was the most reasonable, they arranged their work schedule around my own, and they were so courteous and respectful of my property. And my roof… beautiful! I would recommend ENIX Roofing to everyone!

Enix Roofing did a great job on our roof. We asked for a roof inspection since our house was 12 years old. They came out the same day we called to do the inspection. Estimate was based on the issues. Very reasonable estimate. They also replaced our pigeon prevention wire mesh as it had been comprised. You need your roof repaired call Enix, you won’t be disappointed.

Why do Arizona Roofs Fail?

Roofing repair in Phoenix, Queen Creek, Suprise, Mesa, Tempe, Goodyear, Scottsdale, Prescott, Flagstaff, Payson

The Underlayment Dries Out

It’s rarely the tile that fails; it’s the paper underneath. Years of 110°+ heat turn that waterproof barrier brittle. Eventually, it cracks, and that is when the leaks start.

The Wind Shifts the Tiles

Monsoon storms can lift and shift your tiles just enough to let the sun and rain in. Once that protective shell is breached, the water has a direct path to your ceiling.

The Water Travels

Roof leaks are tricky. Water often runs along beams and trusses before dripping, meaning the spot on your ceiling might be 20 feet away from the actual leak. We know how to trace it.

“When we noticed our roof had a huge leak, we called Enix Roofing. They quickly diagnosed the issue causing the leak, and had guys on the roof the next day to avoid major issues caused by the upcoming monsoon rains. I’ve recommended Enix to several of my friends.”
